I believe wholeheartedly in a person centred, holistic approach to wellbeing. Each session is guided by an intuitive understanding of what your body and mind need in the moment, with the intention of supporting your overall health, balance and wellbeing.

My passion for wellbeing, self-care, personal and spiritual development has grown deeply over the past ten years. Through both professional training and my own personal journey I have developed a deeper understanding of how the body responds to stress, tension and the demands of modern life. This has led me to move away from a prescriptive ‘one size fits all’ approach and instead offer a personalised and responsive style of therapy.

Alongside Massage and Reiki, I continue to explore and study a range of wellbeing practices including breathwork, mindfulness, movement therapies and nutrition. These tools help support both myself and my clients in navigating the pressures of a fast paced world, where many of us can feel overwhelmed, disconnected and out of balance.

My aim is to create a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, release tension, reconnect with your body and begin to restore a sense of ease and wellbeing.

Qualifications

-Qualified Massage Therapist -Level 4 certified Sports and Remedial massage therapist -2nd Degree Reiki Master Practitioner -200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher -Bsc hons Occupational Therapist.
